Not only are they kind and generous, but they are also excellent and meticulous in their work, from Mr. Kwon, the staff, to their optometrist. 차원이 다른 친절과 전문성 안경을 자주 맞추고 다양한 디자인을 즐겨서 지난 20년 넘게 다른 안경점에 다녔습니다. 많은 안경을 사기도 했고 렌즈도 했죠. 그런데 단골로 다니던 이 안경점(구글 리뷰에도 불친절하고 가격 비싸기로 악명 높더군오.)에서 비싸게 주고 한 렌즈들에 이상한 스크래치들이 생기고 도저히 쓸 수 없게 되는 겁니다. 문제를 얘기하면 매우 차갑게 책임이 없다는 말만 하더군요. 가격은 물론 비싸구요. 지인의 소개로 브로드웨이 안경점에 갔는데 완전히 차원이 다른 서비스와 전문성을 보고 놀랐습니다. 사장님은 40년 넘게 안경점을 경영하신 분인 걸 알게 됐고 왜 고객들이 한결 같이 칭찬하는지 알기까지 오랜 시간이 걸리지 않았습니다. 제가 그동안 다니던 안경점에서 겪은 일을 설명드리니 마음이 안 좋으셨는지, 사장님께서 특별한 가격에 두 페어를 해주셨습니다. 사실 원래 가격도 다른 안경점보다 훨씬 저렴합니다. 안경을 오래 써서 렌즈 브랜드를 잘 아는데 모두 고급 렌즈들이고요. 원래 구글에 리뷰 잘 안남기는데 서비스에 감동 받아 글을 올립니다. 브로드에비뉴의 브로드웨이 안경점 강력히 추천합니다!
